It's best to add your company name and hyperlink it to your website. Then, if they wish to learn more about your company, they can simply click on the link and read from the website. EVPs are something that makes their effort towards your client company worth it. Any form of dialogue is worth more than just an email.

When he is in the office it is good, at least I have company. My company is moving to a new space with a more open concept and I am looking forward to it. Where I used to work we had a Mailroom and I would plunk what I needed in a tray with a form to tell them how I wanted it to turn out and return to get it when it was finished.
