Find yourself a mentor that you look up to. We now have a Committee who are very passionate about making Guernsey PA Connect an Ambassador for Guernsey, as many people don’t even know where it is. We are also keen to promote the PA profession in any way we can. How did you promote the network? It’s not from me alone.

We conducted a survey last year and one of the questions asked what session would the readers like to see at a conference. So out of that survey this session was born. It’s not just me saying this either – in a survey conducted back 2013 in by the Office Team in the States. 44% said they felt slightly underpaid.
