Once I set up G-Suite for her and organized her files online, she shared that she needed a website of her own! Create email folders same as you would for word doc and paper files. Review your tickler file, "to do" lists, Outlook tasks, or whatever you use to track your action items. You can make that first step easier by supporting yourself: comfy clothes, your favorite music, an organizing buddy, etc. My office is a disaster.
