EA work is typically admin work - phones, travels, calendars, expense reports, mtgs/luncheons, etc. It’s not unheard of to be on call 24/7 or to work 60-100 hours a week depending on your executive and industry. We also got 2 floating/personal holidays, about 3-10 sick days, and also working in the entertainment industry, most places shut down for the last 10-14 days of the year. Other jobs, because they were temp to full time, I didn’t even have the benefits of paid vacation time or paid sick days for almost a year.

Right now I just put things on his calendar and order food. And as I was working, job hunting and/or temping, I had to find other sources of happiness.
