Having VAs I can simply fax order forms to. My calendar syncs with my Apple products as well. Money example: snapping a picture of a biz expense to my Money notebook in Evernote at the moment of spending. I used to carry 12 paperbacks on ever trip. For vlogging, nothing beats the camera on my iPad.

Utilize your calendar to schedule tasks. Sit down at your calendar and block out the time for your tasks. If you need to write/send your holiday cards then look at your calendar and schedule it in. In the calendar. Schedule those activities on your calendar. Don't fill your calendar to the max.
