When the HVAC system was installed, someone thought we might want the user manual for the system: a 400 page PDF document. Instead of filing the PDF on the network, the document was printed and placed in a filing cabinet , where it will sit until doomsday. I can print any web page to pdf and store it on the drive. DELEGATE IT.

I use my iPhone and iPad every day and I’ve found there are lots of fantastic apps that will really help assistants maximise their productivity. A quick and easy app for conference calling which is free to use and can connect people to meetings taking place elsewhere without being stuck in front of a computer or video conference equipment.

  I like to share various tools that help to make you more productive. But I live and work in less than 200 square feet -- so I don't have the room for a lot of equipment. Oh, did I mention that your meeting confirmation hits your google, outlook or web calendar as well as generates a confirmation email.   OK!
