Some have lost jobs, didn’t get promotions or pay raises, or lost funding due to employer budget cuts. I have attended many seminars and workshops which have given me new insights. Look into purchasing an all-in-one fax, printer, and copier. Admittedly, this year has been challenging- economically and environmentally.

See what you can change about yourself, don’t try to change others. At times, the person that conveys this tone doesn’t realize they are coming across in a harmful manner. Learn from them and build on your weaknesses to make them into strengths. Try to understand that change will happen, no matter what.

This doesn’t mean that you have to go out for beers or go to a movie. Don’t break your promises.
