It is worth the extra expense. Plus, as I think of great ideas or things to do, I can dictate them so I don't forget them. Many of clients travel for work and pleasure, crossing multiple time zones. Do high intensity cardio - it will help with jet lag, sleeping in a new time zone and oxygen replenishment.

It was expensive,but when I brought it home I had to do all the work to get it up and running. Many young executives have never had an assistant before and are so used to not having one, that they don't know how to utilize one. He's found having a PA a great thing now and says he wouldn't be without one again!!

Manage: Try scheduling e-mail checks every two hours to minimize time spent with the e-mail account open. Managing messages in bulk, but still in a consistent fashion, can help save time. If you don’t have e-mail folders, create some and sort messages as they are received. Check: Do you know your peak work hours?
