No company just lopped a day off their calendar. After six months, in a company-wide survey, 51 percent of employees said they were “very happy” at work (up from 12 percent) and 88 percent said they had enough time for personal tasks (up from 54 percent). Instead, they had to meaningfully redesign how they worked.
