Flocc alternates heads-down “red time” with Swedish fika ( a coffee break), while Glasgow call center Pursuit Marketing offers workers free breakfast before they hit the phones. In the US, I am currently working on a campaign to encourage companies to adopt a four-day week; it launched in late June 2021.
