My book about the move towards four-day workweek, Shorter , was published in the US in early March 2020. Flocc alternates heads-down “red time” with Swedish fika ( a coffee break), while Glasgow call center Pursuit Marketing offers workers free breakfast before they hit the phones. That’s really great to see.”
