I’ve always enjoyed the challenge of recreating restaurant dishes at home. But lately, it’s come in handy since some of our favorite restaurants have gone out of business due to the pandemic. In 2019, I earned a WSET Level 2 certification (with Merit) and it’s been a gamechanger in my cooking and event planning.
