My very first official interview resulted in a job offer, which I declined (with great anxiety!). Probably more alive than I’ve ever been…if such a thing is possible.

Make time to work out whether at home or at a gym. Or take walks throughout the week. You must take care of your body so it will take care of you. We cannot do life alone.
