Well 2012 is over and done with and we are now already two days into 2013. In honour of it now being 2013 I´ve got 13 things I think we can expect to see in the year ahead. With the assistant role now encompassing so many varied tasks we should expect to see a rise in training for assistants in 2013. Role diversification.

A 2013 study by the Cardiff Business School estimated that not having a multilingual workforce could be costing the British economy £48 billion each year. It will also open up international travel and networking opportunities.

I know I always say I can’t believe how the time flies but I seriously can’t believe how quickly 2013 past us by! Employment opportunities and salary. Throughout 2013 we noticed a huge increase in PA networking with a number of local networking groups springing up across the UK. It was quick wasn’t it!?
