Well 2012 is over and done with and we are now already two days into 2013. In honour of it now being 2013 I´ve got 13 things I think we can expect to see in the year ahead. With the assistant role now encompassing so many varied tasks we should expect to see a rise in training for assistants in 2013. Role diversification.

I spent about 90 minutes viewing videos from our 2012 Annual Conference for Administrative Excellence to extract clips for our ‘Event of Distinction’ trailer video for our 2013 conference. I feel: · confident. I was also casually mentored yesterday while speaking to one of our spiritual leaders. · in control.

That’s one less thing to worry about when I travel, which is always a good thing. I’ve barely written in my Confidant because it looks so good and I want to be as intentional with what I put in there as I can. It’s a durable bag and won’t make huge dent in your wallet, either.
