Well 2012 is over and done with and we are now already two days into 2013. In honour of it now being 2013 I´ve got 13 things I think we can expect to see in the year ahead. With the assistant role now encompassing so many varied tasks we should expect to see a rise in training for assistants in 2013. Role diversification.

Sherien : Being awarded the PA Executive Magazine/Hays Award ‘1 st runner up for the PA Newcomer of the Year’ 2013 Award was an amazing achievement for me. Sherien : The advice I would give my younger self would be to have more confidence and self-belief. The main challenge these days is still lack of confidence.

That’s one less thing to worry about when I travel, which is always a good thing. I’ve barely written in my Confidant because it looks so good and I want to be as intentional with what I put in there as I can.
