One of the obstacles I came up against was that I had to order wine in serious ‘bulk’ I naively thought I could order a couple of cases from a few hand picked wine farms and start my ’small business’ by selling these cases to restaurants, gaining trust and loyalty and slowly building up a customer base.

From the selection phase, going through the interview and negotiation phases, all seemed incredibly familiar. While we agreed to part ways even since 2009, I accepted to continue to live together until she finds something suitable for herself. Not for me, but it was part of the consulting contract. Maybe I should try this again.
