This saves a bunch of time if you have to do a function several times and there isnt a keyboard short cut. There are quite a bit of AA forms there. This repeats the last function you did (ie inserting a row in Excel) if you press the ctrl Y you will keep inserting rows. Try checking Yahoo Groups or Google Groups.
