I also work in an environment where it gets a little too loud at times. Its an open-concept office and at times, I would like my colleagues to simmer down a bit. Its nice to socialize at times, but we are here to work. Taking a break is good for your health, but its not a bar or a club.

This is actually good for your heart and has many health benefits as well. Until next time, Take care - of your clutter! A large number of people that wake up in the morning need their coffee to jump start their mornings and help them throughout the day. Some even drink way too much - 2 cups of regular strength coffee is enough.

In 2008 I took a job as an Executive Assistant and Corporate Secretary to a non-profit corporation. My daughter had just left home and I was a empty nester so I had time to try something different and put some time and effort into a new position.
