You bashed monsters by hitting keys on your keyboard whilst wondering if you could hook up a nodding bird à la Homer Simpson. Griffin – Drool and keyboards don’t mix. I make sure to make writing fun by making my desk look happy and organized, using my favorite pen, or thinking about happy thoughts. That’s cool.

Having an organized uncluttered work space (even if your office will consist of a chair and a table, make sure that you do not have any clutter or anything that will distract you from work). - I have been so passionately involved in my work this morning I totally forgot I made myself a nice cup of tea and sat it next to my keyboard.

I am not a freelancer as such but I do work from home and I’ve training my boss and colleagues to stop arranging meetings after 4pm (still working on that one), I’ve been forcing myself to step away from the keyboard and to stop checking work emails after hours. You have plenty of time left for that client. Family … friends.

MacJournal Shortcut MacJournal also features a keyboard shortcut, so every time I feel my idea will be pretty close to a blog post (as opposed to other types of ideas, like blog post series, guest post ideas, strategies or just interesting bits and pieces) I use this shortcut directly. And I plan to look into all of these listed apps.

I feel it almost organically. not, I tend to have a rather greedy “Delete&# key on my keyboard. But sometimes is something like: “my life has really changed and I was able to leave behind an ugly/abusive/unhappy time, thank you”. Whenever I receive one of these messages, something starts to melt inside me.
