After I moved to Edinburgh in 2004, I’ve worked in a series of roles which have all involved executive support at senior level. I recently spoke at the Assist Conference in September 2015, and at Skyscanner’s Company Presentation in December to around 300 people. The main challenge these days is still lack of confidence.

She even signed up for a fear-of-flying seminar to help calm her nerves, but she missed so many classes because of her schedule and constant traveling that her instructor told her, “I don’t know if I should be mad at you or proud of you, but you’re never here because you’re always on a plane.”
