It all started in 2001 when I launched a service business based on just an idea. But the tickets never showed up. I ended up realizing my journey back would begin with forgiving myself —that I could start over and create my own way. But I know now I would never be where I am today without this traumatic experience.

The main reason I started my business in the first place (way back in November 2001) was so that I could have a flexible schedule – I had two young children at the time and needed to have a very flexible schedule that would allow me to be around for them, particularly during school holidays.
