The system I use is quite simple and has been around for a long time.

Use separate columns for each item in the address such as first name, last name, street address, city, province and postal code. You will stand in line at the post office if she will pick up your recipe ingredients at the supermarket. If you like to set up your decorations the same way each year, don’t leave it to your memory.

The topic was on personal branding and they were making recommendations to executives on how to polish up their image. I can even make reminders to him for his personal events (green) like lunch with a friend or picking up dry cleaning. I have a similar system with my boss. 411 Look Up 411.ca " Warning!

It works well when it is a co-worker who sits closest to you, but depending on how your office is set up that might not be possible. She had to set up an away voicemail message and fortunately had kept a script of what her away message usually said, She worked for a doctor so it was important that the proper referral numbers were given.

Along with our multiple work passwords, we have a password for our home computer, and if we sign up for Facebook, Twitter or any other website, we have another password to remember. Thank goodness I get three tries to pick the right one before the system locks me out. 17 passwords at work alone with different sites and logins.
