I've heard of EAs who are promoted to Operations or Facilities roles later on in their careers but at this point, I am playing both roles. I can only say I am pretty certain how talented and qualified you are since I don’t know your previous experience, how long you’ve been in this role, and how your performance reviews are.

And as I was working, job hunting and/or temping, I had to find other sources of happiness. I also thought about money, salary negotiation, and how I was spending my time. This was mostly as a temp during very slow months when the entire industry was on vacation, but I’m sure the paycheck wasn’t as amazing as yours.
