From the selection phase, going through the interview and negotiation phases, all seemed incredibly familiar. Created, Managed And Implemented A Live Promotion Event. But somehow I managed to cope with it. Or so I think.

I would ask how long the temp status was for, and negotiate a deal that makes sense for you to not have sick days, paid holidays, benefits, etc. I’d see my co-worker and the spouse at the grocery store, at the local sushi restaurant, etc. The spouse who hired me would mentor me heavily so I’d be successful; this was paramount.
