The CPS certification from IAAP was a very positive step which encouraged me to finish my BA degree. That’s when I turned to IAAP and am currently working towards my CAP-OM certification. Yes, interpersonal comms, IT related courses to keep up with the changes from when I started 30 years ago on an manual typewriter!
