Despite being offered a six-figure salary, I politely declined. Because being respected and valued at work is more important than a high salary. Yes, a high salary may provide me with the opportunity to have a cushier life. So you may be thinking, “Does offering training really counterbalance a less than stellar salary?”

What new technologies and applications have you learned and applied? Maybe go to OfficeTeam's web site or IAAP. Eventually I got my new title and a salary increase! Be specific, detailed, yet concise. Your Executive doesn't have a lot of time so get to the point. Those are some of the steps I took. Think baby steps.

All you need is to put some time aside and close your door, or put some earphones on, and plug into your computer and learn. I have had great experiences learning online in interactive courses. Its and Its Learned vs. Learnt Lets versus lets Listing job responsibilities May,Should, Must may/might and can/could Me or Myself?

The CPS certification from IAAP was a very positive step which encouraged me to finish my BA degree. That’s when I turned to IAAP and am currently working towards my CAP-OM certification. I love learning, and I don’t think that you can ever know enough. I have taken several courses and classes.
