I am very happy with my position, responsibilities, opportunity for learning and the support from all my colleagues and managers, but there is always the idea of greener pastures and higher salaries lingering in the back of my mind. A 20% increase in salary seems too good to pass up. Translation: Soft skills trump hard skills any day.
