This is actually good for your heart and has many health benefits as well. A large number of people that wake up in the morning need their coffee to jump start their mornings and help them throughout the day. Some even drink way too much - 2 cups of regular strength coffee is enough.

I remember going to a walk-in clinic (doctors office) for an ailment at the time. I gave in my health card and was asked to be seated. B eing able to retrieve the data is more important than an organized alphabetized file drawer. It was interesting to see that there were numbers on the side of them.
