It may take some time to gain self awareness, self reflection, and self management skills, but over the years I’ve come to know a few things about myself that most likely will not waiver. I would also volunteer at work and socialize with my co-workers during the holiday gift wrapping parties. I mentored other younger assistants.

Tell us your story on how you went from temping in LA to being the EA of high-profile CEOs. I found every single one of my jobs through a temping agency or by referral. But in reality – the most useful skill that opened a lot of doors for me were my soft skills. So I left that temp gig and went to work for the CEO.
