Yes – started with the basics after raising family i.e. college courses – typing, word processing then on the job training. I strongly disagree with their thought processes. On paper yes…during the application process they just get tossed aside. Experience in itself I think brings more value than a degree.

The checklist also included such things as a tour (bathrooms, breakroom, where to find a frig to store lunches, etc.)
