This saves a bunch of time if you have to do a function several times and there isnt a keyboard short cut. Try checking Yahoo Groups or Google Groups. Also, Facebook has a few I believe. This repeats the last function you did (ie inserting a row in Excel) if you press the ctrl Y you will keep inserting rows.

Two of the most used applications on my iPhone (apart from all the social media apps for Twitter and Facebook ) are iBlueSky and Voice Recorder. If I am away from my notebook, I have written notes to myself on my memo pad on my cell phone. I use Google docs myself which has a simple huge numbered list and the new ideas go at the top.
