It is known that age only plays a factor because the more years you have worked for a company the more expensive an employee is because of their salary, overtime, and other perks/benefits that are considered in the overall compensation package (401k matching, retirement, etc). And due to outsourcing, Boomers not retiring, and Gen Yers being told (by older generations mind you) to get degrees in their "passion" or that "any degree" is a path to success.you end up with a lot of overworked, underpaid 20somethings. Anonymous has some valid points (with a side of bitterness, however understandable).
