Trying to tackle a task at 4:30 pm usually isnt a good option for most of us, since you are ready to call it quits at 5:00 pm, especially on a Friday, since your mind is already in weekend mode.

Most airlines operate on the same air routes, and every day packed planes travel the same routes, so is rating arrival times and customer service just splitting hairs? For those of us who have to travel to the busiest destinations, on-time records seem nothing more than myths. So much work to be done in this industry!
