For my readers from other countries, you will note there is a section for foreign dignitaries and if you click on that it will give you the proper form to address just about anyone in the world. Another helpful site I refer to for protocol on addressing officials is www.formsofaddress.info.

If employees are walking around screaming or cursing, that’s obviously going to distract customers and lead them to form negative impressions of your company. If you have the best employees in the world, but a dirty store, office, hotel, restaurant, etc., Employees speak properly. The environment is respectable.

I only use this if I have a form or something that I always want the current date on it. Training On-line 10 Things = Frustration "Mom, I'm sick!" If you change your mind later and decide you prefer another format, it is easy to go back and re-set the default in the same way as above. P.S. I Love You Happy New Year!

When I receive an initial request for a meeting, I use a meeting form and write down the information I need: who is requesting the meeting, what is the purpose of the meeting, where it will be held and a phone number or an e-mail address and dates that are available.
