Executive Travel, Where do I even begin?

Office Dynamics

I received an email a while back from Kathy. Kathy is an executive assistant who wants to know more about travel preparation for her executive and what can be included with the itinerary or on the itinerary to make the executive more comfortable during travel. Is there a suggested restaurant in the area you can tell them about?

The Marriott, Edinburgh

Practically Perfect PA

I waited in the bar for my keys and was able to grab a drink, log on to the WiFi and check my emails all in a comfortable and cozy part of the hotel. Once I had my keys I was whisked up to the room and found a fantastic selection of Scottish products waiting for me to sample! Advertised minimum rate per night is £84 (January 2015).

AZVAs Podcast 5: Building Relationships with other Small Businesses

Loosely Speaking

Tara and I learned a LOT from this interview about considerations we should all realize when we are using the space, electricity, and wifi at cafes, coffeehouses, and restaurants for business purposes. Just as with grapes and wine, you must sample coffee beans for their quality so that you know how to best roast, blend, and brew them.

Musings of a High-Level Executive Assistant

I work at a travel and event planning agency. We are a great resource for Executive Assistants (we have several that we work with currently) booking high level travel globally but I am having trouble reaching out to the right people. Most large companies have in house travel department or a pre-approved vendor and agency list.
