Here's a tip: you talk to, email several people a day. 1) Send an email response. 2) Turn your email into a blog post - at least 250 words, spell-checked and edited. (3) 5) Read your article and record as an mp3 file. (6) Get out and interview people on your article/content. The list itself could be one.
