Yes, you have to manage your time and you can’t email all day, but don’t get so efficient that you become unreachable and aloof.

DO NOT look at a single work email after that. Your quick email check becomes a written response, some analysis, and finally that little voice says, “What the heck. My best time for jobs prospects peak at 11pm to 1am in our time-zone and I just can’t stop working I only have about 5 hours of daily, normal sleep!

So for those of us that don’t do telephones, does the same thing work with emails? See a flash of something interesting in an email and by the time they get your reply, they’ve forgotten their train of thought. LOLOLOL And yes, there needs to be a time limit set before the call. I blame high school.
