The last time I needed the phone number, I looked online. One friend refers you to someone who only has an email address, a generic address like annepottertherapist@mail.com. Would you search online for Anne Potter before writing her an email? Compounding the problem was the president giving me an @comcast.net email address.

DO NOT look at a single work email after that. Your quick email check becomes a written response, some analysis, and finally that little voice says, “What the heck. It’s really easy to get sucked in to one more email and lose an entire evening. Stick To Your Business Hours. I might as well just do it.&#
