Here are some reasons I think managers can get possessive: Im not sure I can trust you. A manager has to have confidence that you know how to do your job. I never wanted to be a manager.

One of the simplest things you can do to help the manager of your dream firm decide if you are right for the job, is to send them a Thank You letter after the interview. But you would be surprised that a simple Thank You letter can win over the hiring manager. We both had similar skills, education, etc.

There are many teachers in my extended family and it seemed like something I could do well, but our family did not have any money to further my education and I became a secretary instead. I helped my husband occasionally with his Event Management Projects and when it came to graphics I always took his help, I still do. " Warning!

One person can be great at software programs and know all sorts of tricks to get things done quickly and another might be excellent at organizing and managing their email account. I have always been a believer in sharing ideas and have received my best education from other assistants. When you suspect a co-worker has a substance abuse.

She saw the importance of this training to help her daughter know the workings of an office from the bottom up and the office benefitted from her educational training.
