As of January 2009 I started to actively promote the blog, becoming active (some say that I become even too active ) in social media outlets like Twitter , FaceBook and StumbleUpon. That’s a 30 day trial that’s still going on, and while I’m not sure yet if I’ll continue on a daily basis, I do know that the benefits I’m feeling (sleeping better, more energy, the ego boost) will keep me doing at least some form of exercise.
