Find urgent computer files faster by starting file names with numbers. That ensures that they will be at the top of your list of files. Instead of jumping up every time you have work to deliver, stow it in an expandable file with slots organized by department. Cut down on steps.

I stand back, and begin moving notes until the ideas start flowing into easy categories: Blog, Projects, Home, Family, Health - etc. Create email folders same as you would for word doc and paper files. If you need to write/send your holiday cards then look at your calendar and schedule it in. Grocery shopping? In the calendar.

Once you created the model, XCode will generate the implementation files for your objects. Say you have an object called Task in Core Data, Xcode will take care of the implementation files, so all you have to do in code is to write something like: task.dueDate to get the due date property of a task. Hey, I know singletons! Big trouble.
