As an assistant I often felt that keeping the office green was mainly my responsibility, so much so that during my time in one company I did email my colleagues a list of things that would help them to do their bit for the environment. Recycle scrap paper for notes / doodling etc. Recycle any waste paper using the bins provided.

I don''t want to spend too much time in email, and Dispatch gives me the ability to get those emails that need deferring to the right app (Evernote for ideas and OmniFocus or Asana for tasks). Travel: Tripit , Perfect Weather, SkyMotion, Google Maps, Maps, Uber.
