The North American lifestyle can be very hectic, as opposed to the European mentality, where workers get a minimum of 5 weeks off each year. Take a vacation - Youd be amazed on how many people dont end up taking all of their earned vacation days.

in about 6 months because I changed my lifestyle. You think to yourself, "Its just one bag of chips" or "Its just one chocolate bar" and no harm done. Well, keep in mind that if you keep doing this on a regular basis, it will definitely become a big deal. I lost about 30 lbs.

it allows you to dump all the thoughts you have in your head out into a coherent plan, indicate which are just "ideas", which are in process, which require additional info, and much more -- you can attach notes, links, and pictures to any node, color-code your map, save to PDF/print/share -- I am just loving this tool so far!
