Find a mentor. I just started my own business, and I want to evaluate my income versus my expenses to see where I am currently, with the ultimate goal of hitting the salary I want to make. Ask questions of mentors and peers. Attend training. Take stock and charge forward. Are any of those battles worth continuing?
