There were six personal representatives; two were involved with customers, and the other four were doing something else, but definitely not serving customers. Analyzing what went wrong with the bank, it seems someone lost sight of customer importance. That means put the other work away when a customer is waiting.

I insert the handy-dandy thumb drive into each piece of equipment and it tells me the seat height, number of reps and weight I should lift. But what happens when you have to use one of the old fashion, non-computer pieces of equipment because the fancy stuff isn’t available? I am not a happy customer right now.

It costs so much with some of this equipment as well. The Instant Office report was fascinating from this year, this of September, and it was all about service and just basic things of great customer service there. So hence why the takeup there but businesses definitely wanting to see it happening.
