This saves a bunch of time if you have to do a function several times and there isnt a keyboard short cut. There are quite a bit of AA forms there. This repeats the last function you did (ie inserting a row in Excel) if you press the ctrl Y you will keep inserting rows. Try checking Yahoo Groups or Google Groups.

I can interact where I am now, but I have to get up and go if I want to speak with someone and then when I get there I may find they are busy or on the phone so I have wasted my time. Let your fingers do the walking: Quick keyboard sh. Of course there is a down side to being able to do that. For instance, I am horrible at collating.
