The main reason I started my business in the first place (way back in November 2001) was so that I could have a flexible schedule – I had two young children at the time and needed to have a very flexible schedule that would allow me to be around for them, particularly during school holidays. Examples: If you have a full email box, then schedule an hour each morning to tackle it. If you need to write/send your holiday cards then look at your calendar and schedule it in. For example making art might be pink, picking up supplies might be blue and going to the bank for the float might be green. Grocery shopping?
