The main reason I started my business in the first place (way back in November 2001) was so that I could have a flexible schedule – I had two young children at the time and needed to have a very flexible schedule that would allow me to be around for them, particularly during school holidays. You will get there much faster.

If you need to write/send your holiday cards then look at your calendar and schedule it in. For bigger changes, enlist a mentor or professional coach to help you stay on track. you've got holiday plans to toss onto your already overcrowded To Do list. Don't do anything for that hour other than tackle your email.
