Whether based on your cover letter or resume, recruiters only take 6 seconds to see if you are match. The shortest route is to look for temp work thru agencies or TaskRabbit, Craiglist, or volunteer. Your best bet is to get a job with an executive that is also climbing the ladder so you follow them as they get promoted.
